Before acceptance
- Included and excluded pages, functions, content and services
- Package, approved extras, total price, VAT treatment and payment schedule
- Target start and delivery dates plus required client dependencies
- Content, account access, permissions, decision-maker and feedback rounds
- Hosting, maintenance, support, term, termination and handover arrangements
Ask for a correction before acceptance if an essential item is missing. The public website does not start a checkout or create an order.
Fourteen days is a target build period only when the agreed content, accounts, scope and decisions are complete. Missing inputs or additional scope require a revised feasible plan.
Ownership, support and leaving
- The domain is registered in the client’s name
- Client-supplied content remains with the client or original rights holder
- Website files, access and any handover fee are specified before acceptance
- Hosting and maintenance follow the selected package and proposal
- Export, deletion and final obligations after termination are documented
The public packages have an initial term of twelve months and are cancellable monthly after that. Project-specific cancellation before launch or during the first term follows the accepted proposal.
VURM does not guarantee revenue, conversions or fixed search positions. It does commit to the agreed technical delivery, transparent communication and correction of verifiable delivery faults within scope.
