Controller and contact
VURM is the public studio name of Crack-index, Chamber of Commerce number 95133941, registered in Velp, the Netherlands. Privacy questions can be sent to info@vurm.nl.
The international project brief sends the supplied contact and project details to VURM's official inbox through a transactional email provider. It also requests a confirmation email to the address supplied. If direct delivery is unavailable, the page clearly states that nothing was delivered and offers a deliberate email or WhatsApp fallback.
Data, purpose and retention
- Contact and project details needed to answer a request, prepare an agreement or deliver support
- Website URLs and technical observations supplied for an agreed review
- Invoice and administrative information required for legal and accounting obligations
- Technical request information processed by hosting and security providers to deliver the website
VURM processes information to answer enquiries, prepare or perform an agreement, maintain security and meet legal obligations. It is not sold as a data product.
The project brief is protected with field validation, request-size limits, an origin check, a bot-trap field and duplicate-send protection at the email provider. It does not make the form immune to all abuse; hosting or firewall rate limits remain an operational control.
The public site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. No consent banner is shown because the current configuration does not place optional tracking cookies. This notice must be updated before that changes.
Enquiry data that does not become a project is removed when it is no longer reasonably needed. Project and invoice records may be retained for the applicable contractual, claims and statutory administration periods.
Public interactive tools are designed to keep state in the browser or in deliberately shared URLs. Do not enter special-category personal data, passwords, private client records or confidential medical information.
Service providers, international access and rights
VURM can use hosting, email, domain, security and administration providers only where needed for the service. Appropriate contractual and security measures are required when data is processed outside the European Economic Area.
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. A request can be sent to info@vurm.nl. Identity may need to be verified before personal data is released.
You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your country. Last reviewed: 23 August 2026.
